Design story
Antique gold is the perfect hue for decorating your home during the festive season. Our Ekiti bauble garland combines this refined colour tone with elegantly shaped recycled glass baubles strung along a natural jute garland. The garland has two practical hooks at each end looking stunning strung across a fireplace or placed on a tree.
How it's made
We use recycled glass to make these bauble garland. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being mouth-blown creating the irregular mottled patterning that makes every bauble unique. We choose to work with natural, recycled and reclaimed materials for all nkuku products, and that’s no different with our festive ranges, making use of waste materials from other industries. Our seasonal pieces shine out for the care and attention taken over their creation.
